3. ORDER & RECEPTION
Orders placed on fynshoved-koebmand.t-way.dk are processed directly by the supplier.
Upon the supplier’s acceptance of the order, an order agreement is created, which is entered into legally directly between the orderer and the supplier.
The provider cannot be held responsible for errors and omissions in this process.
4. PAYMENT
Payment made via fynshoved-koebmand.t-way.dk is made directly to the supplier, who himself has entered into a redemption agreement as well as an agreement on the payment gateway and administers both parts himself.
The supplier receives the following means of payment:

5. COLLECTION
If the supplier offers collection, it only takes place at the address and within the opening hours that appear on the page.
When placing an order, the recipient orders an order confirmation with specific information about the collection location and time.
6. DELIVERY
If the supplier offers delivery, it takes place exclusively in that area, within that time and against the prices shown on the page.
The supplier is responsible for the delivery at any time either himself or through a third party.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
No right of withdrawal is granted, as only food is traded.
8. COMPLAINT
In the event of a complaint, the supplier must be contacted directly, who is obliged to handle the inquiry in the same way as if the order had been placed by telephone or directly on site.
